The Technical Writer is the critical link between training organization and workforce in local and global process standardization. Participates actively in the steps of the training process to achieve people development.
Core Responsibilities
Administrate Standard Work documentation, which includes creation, edition, translation, upload and sharing local and global documentation.
Collaborate with other team members to support team´s goals. Participate in improvement or new processes projects.
Support Training Process activities such as training plans, skill matrix and follow up to execution and coordinate special area activities.
Global alignment and collaboration between sites. Engagement in Audit Processes.
Do you have what it takes?

• At least 1 year working with training process.
• Language Sciences or Applied Linguistics. Industrial Engineering or related.
• PC high level (office), experience working with Power BI and / or Power Apps. Knowledge of training process.
• Ensure the traduction of local and global documents. Also working with traduction of manuals to implementation new machines and internal processes.
• Advanced English language written and speaking.
• Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable to work with different areas
