The Role
We're seeking a Technical Writer to join our team in Israel on a part-time basis (50% position).
This role requires a highly technical and detail-oriented professional who can work closely with our development and product teams to create clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical documentation.
You will play a key role in ensuring our technical materials are accessible, consistent, and helpful to our enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with the product and development team to document technical features, APIs, and product capabilities.
- Work with product managers to create and maintain product documentation, including knowledge center articles and in-app help content.
- Develop and update release notes, technical guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with our product’s functionality and technical specifications.
- Translate complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for customers.
- Continuously review and improve documentation based on internal team feedback and customer insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS product company.
- Background in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS applications – an advantage.
- Proven ability to work closely with developers and technical teams to gather and document complex technical information.
- Hands-on experience in creating product documentation, API documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Strong ability to translate highly technical content into clear and structured documentation suitable for different audiences.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Intercom, MadCap, or similar.
- Mother-tongue level English proficiency – essential.
- Ability to manage tasks independently within a part-time (50%) role.
