About the team:

FIS is looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced manual testers into an India Markets group that presently is working on capex developments. The present team will focus on addressing vulnerability fixes and other developments specific to the Indian financial ecosystem. We work on multiple FIS products and knowledge of Profile systems will be a great advantage. Given the opportunities in the fintech space in the Indian market we are keen to strengthen our team of self-driven individuals.

What you will be doing:

• Requires effective planning, scheduling, researching and writing skills
• Thorough knowledge of information mapping concepts
• Skill in investigation and analysis, preparing written material and business communication and training
• Proficient with the following software: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); Adobe (Acrobat Professional, Robohelp), DITA, Jira & SharePoint
• Skill in evaluating documentation, production and quality control and publishing system operation
• Skill in understanding and focusing on client needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with clients
• Skill in editing writing for punctuation, syntax and gramma

What you bring:

• 3-6 Years experience in Technical Writing
• The person should be able to document the business functionality, create User manuals and document the transition process, when required
• Writers from a Banking/Fintech Domain.
• Very Good Verbal and Written Communication.Ability to apply critical thinking skills to writing and communication.Understanding of types of technical documentation and how to choose the right one.
• Skilled researcher and editor.Capable of quickly learning complex topics and communicating them to others.

• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Financial markets knowledge
