As a Technical Writer you will be part of the team of the product.

🟣 Your challenge at Yuno 

• Deliver High-Quality Documentation: Create, maintain, and continuously improve product documentation, including user guides, API references, FAQs, technical manuals, and online help resources.

• Drive Vision and Strategy: Define and implement the overall strategy for documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product goals, and user needs.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and customer support teams to gather information and translate technical concepts into accessible, user-friendly content.

• Champion Documentation Standards: Establish and promote documentation best practices, style guides, and content templates to ensure consistency and quality.

• Understand the Audience: Conduct user research and collect feedback to understand the documentation needs of developers, customers, and internal teams. Use insights to continuously improve content relevance and usability.

• Leverage Tools and Technologies: Utilize state-of-the-art tools and methodologies to streamline the creation, maintenance, and publication of documentation. Explore innovative ways to make technical content interactive and engaging.

•Measure Success: Define KPIs for documentation effectiveness, such as customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and support ticket deflection, and use these metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluency English is a must

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, ideally within the software, fintech, or technology industry.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.

• Strong understanding of technical concepts, such as APIs, software development, and systems architecture.

• Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, GitHub, Swagger, or similar platforms.

• Ability to define and execute a documentation strategy aligned with organizational goals.

• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Analytical mindset and experience in measuring the success of content delivery.
