The Product Education Team is responsible for developing and delivering all training and documentation for Feedzai. Our team creates engaging learning paths, courses, modules, user guides, and documentation to empower users to understand and use our products effectively.


You:

We are looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality documentation that allows our users, both internal and clients, to successfully understand and use our products. You will work closely with our product teams, engineers, subject matter experts, and others to weave together a cohesive experience for our users. Our ideal candidate will contribute industry best practices and help guide our efforts to modernize and scale our documentation in agile ways.


Your Day to Day:

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to produce documentation for a portfolio of products.
  • Make complex ideas, concepts, and tasks understandable to our diverse personas.
  • Create and maintain top-quality documentation that is effective and persona-centric. 
  • Work independently or in collaboration with other Technical Writers in the team, receiving and giving feedback to improve the documentation.
  • Work in a “docs as code” and agile methodology, where documentation is produced and published following the same process as software, creating a complete product package.
  • Help connect and integrate documentation and training materials to create one cohesive learning experience for our users.


You Have and You Know-how:

  • Experience in a technical writing position at a software company, ideally with a good understanding of Agile methodologies
  • MSc degree preferred, with education in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, Education, Communications or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to solve complex problems in effective and creative ways.
  • High level of organization, with acute attention to detail and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to interact with peers, management, and customers in order to share and gain acceptance of complex information.
  • Use independent judgment to solve strategic challenges that impact the department and the organization.
  • You thrive in rapidly changing environments with competing and shifting priorities, while keeping focused on quality and detail.
  • Capability to keep the big picture in mind and are always on the lookout for ways to evolve.
  • Previous experience with user requirements and content structuring either in technical writing or similar environments.
  • Experience working in a docs-as-code approach is desirable.
  • Experience documenting APIs and mobile integration is desirable.
