A degree in engineering, information technology, or other related fields, or a degree in journalism, English, or communication.

More than five years of solid writing experience with technical subjects or diagnostics, preferably in a structured authoring environment.

Expertise in how user, technical, and business audiences consume contents.

Experience in leading content improvements and engaging with other product areas in and organization.

Flexibility to build and support long-term content strategy in the context of emerging technologies and evolving industry standards.

A strong sense of accountability.
