Development of Object-Oriented ABAP Programs, data modeling, solution design, and collaboration with account and operational teams for ShipERP implementations.

Maintain effective communication with team to understand the business process and software, produce well-documented guides, determine end users' needs, work with technical staff to improve product usability, use visuals to enhance user understanding.
