Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Technical Writer in San Antonio, TX to support technical writing, editing, and standardized documentation activities. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain SOPs and user guides.
- Develop technical reports and executive products.
- Develop and maintain controlled documents.
- Manage document review and revision cycles.
- Translate SME input into clear, standardized documentation.
What You Bring:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, technical writing, journalism, healthcare, information technology, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of technical writing/editing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, technical reports, executive products, and controlled documents.
- Experience managing review/revision cycles and translating SME input into clear, standardized documentation.
