We provide high-level government leaders with reliable secure voice, video, and fax communications anytime, anywhere, in any environment in support of day-to-day operations. We support a secure, worldwide, high-performance communications network comprised of real-time interactive applications allowing complex national and worldwide communications. Peraton provides the O&M of the network infrastructure and its components. We provide integration for development of hardware and software solutions, and engineering support for the delivery of system, network, software, and security solutions.
In this role, you will develop and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation by translating complex information from engineers and SMEs into system documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
QualificationsRequired:
- An active/current TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
- High School diploma with at least 5 years of directly relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience creating system-level documentation such as architecture diagrams, interface specifications, data dictionaries, and user guides.
- Strong ability to interpret technical information from SMEs, engineers, and system artifacts and translate it into clear, accurate documentation.
- Experience managing a documentation repository using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, or similar systems.
- Proficiency with documentation, diagramming, and collaboration tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Confluence, and Jira.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Target Salary Range$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
