Skills Required
- 3-5 years of technical writing/editing experience (Fintech, SaaS, or payment processing preferred)
- Excellent command of grammar, spelling, and technical/SOP writing
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Confluence, Git, and Markdown
- Experience with a static site generator (e.g., Docusaurus, Hugo)
- Experience writing developer-facing documentation (APIs, SDKs, integration guides)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat for publishing guides and process flows
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, OneDrive, and Teams
- Ability to capture and create images and videos to integrate with help content
- Experience working in Agile/software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with documentation standards, version control, and compliance requirements (e.g., PCI, SOC)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-directed and able to meet tight deadlines
