The Role
As a technical writer, you will work on creating clear and concise guides for Sprinto customers, partners, and developers. You will be responsible for communicating complex information in an easily understood manner, without relying on jargon. Your role will involve collaborating with fellow writers and internal business partners (such as product managers, UI designers, and software development engineers) to strategize, participate in content development and quality governance efforts, and develop content for our ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build a world-class knowledge base to help our customers achieve their goals with Sprinto. Create how-to guides, onboarding resources, and more.
- Help develop various forms of promotional content including release notes, emails, and feature articles to keep our customers informed about the latest features
- Design help articles and troubleshooting guides to help users fix any issues with ease
- Work with the broader team to craft high quality white papers and thought leadership materials that position us as a leader in the industry
Requirements
- Willing to learn technical concepts and write about them
- Excellent writing skills and a very high bar for quality and detail
- Able to break down complex topics into simple and engaging content
- Adept at research and can independently derive insights on topics
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
- Operates with high agency and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced SaaS industry
