About the role

As a Technical Writer at JFrog ML, you will play a critical role in helping developers, data scientists, and enterprises confidently adopt our AI/ML platform. At JFrog ML, we support AI and data science teams at every stage of the model lifecycle, from training to serving, with advanced security, governance and deployment capabilities across cloud and self-hosted environments. Our platform streamlines data engineering, enabling teams to ingest, transform and store data for their ML initiatives. 

You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and AI experts, to create clear, accurate, and engaging documentation, such as API references, SDK guides, user manuals, and tutorials.

You will transform complex technical concepts into simple, accessible content that enhances the developer experience, while collaborating with R&D teams on usability and microcopy, helping to contribute to a leading AI/ML platform for developers and data science teams.

As a Technical Writer at JFrog you will…

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, create content outlines, and document new features.
• Write clean, structured, user-focused content, including user guides, API documentation, SDKs, tutorials, release notes, and more.
• Tailor content to meet the needs of user personas, emphasizing real-world use cases and user goals.
• Contribute to UX efforts by writing in-product microcopy and offering feedback on UI/UX improvements.
• Collaborate with other technical writers on maintaining and improving the documentation style guide, contributing to the design system, and updating the internal wiki.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to draft, review, and enhance documentation.

To be a Technical Writer at JFrog you need…

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in an enterprise software
• English at native level
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to structure content effectively and communicate technical information clearly
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Capable of working accurately and quickly with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, doing what’s required to release content on time

Advantages

• Experience with topic-based authoring and content reuse
• Experience with REST APIs, Open API 3.0 (Swagger) 
• Technical knowledge or experience such as coding, networking, public clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure), or CLI / console
