Workday: Monday – Friday

Position Summary:
We seek a skilled Technical Writer to support our team with drafting, revising, and refining technical documentation essential to our operations. This role involves working closely with project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials, particularly in drafting requirements language, preparing market research reports, and updating documentation to reflect the latest project changes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear and precise requirements language to document project needs and technical specifications accurately.
  • Prepare and draft comprehensive market research reports, summarizing findings and insights relevant to project objectives.
  • Review, edit, and incorporate changes to documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information and ensure technical documentation meets quality standards.
  • Ensure all written materials comply with organizational style guidelines and formatting requirements.
  • Maintain and organize document control systems, tracking versions and updates as necessary.
  • Support the development of templates and standardized documentation procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating clear and effective writing.
  • Familiarity with drafting requirements language, market research reports, and technical documentation updates.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts in a user-friendly format.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
