The Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Writer Contractor with experience writing for cyber security products. You will create onboarding guides, tutorials, and technical documentation, translating complex security concepts into clear, user-friendly content, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accuracy, and update materials based on product changes and feedback.


Responsibilities

  • Write onboarding guides and API documentation.

  • Simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Maintain and update documentation based on product releases and feedback.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical writing, especially for security tools.

  • Ability to understand and document complex security features.

  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
