Technical Visiting Analyst (m/f/d)

About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Technical Visiting Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Investment team and support its strategies in the dynamic world of venture capital. In this role, you’ll support the deal process—from the first founder meeting through thorough due diligence—focusing on AI, ML, Robotics, and Deeptech. This is a 6-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

Our Investment team at Project A is part of one of Europe’s leading venture capital firms, dedicated to backing innovative companies across various industries. You’ll have the chance to work alongside bright professionals in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that champions progress and creativity.

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the end-to-end deal process, focusing on emerging tech areas like AI, ML, Robotics, and Deeptech topics
• Conduct research and market analysis to inform investment decisions
• Engage directly with founders, attending initial meetings and follow-ups
• Assist in performing due diligence to evaluate the potential of startups
• Compile and present key findings to the Investment team
• Collaborate on preparing documentation and reports for investment opportunities
• Work closely with experienced professionals to help shape our investment strategies 

Your Profile

• Practical experience as an intern or working student, ideally with exposure to tech or finance sectors
• A keen interest in AI, ML, Robotics, or Deeptech with a drive to learn more
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work
• Great communication skills: Excellent communication skills in English is a must
• Experience applying advanced technologies - including AI, ML, and robotics - in personal projects or professional work is a plus
• Relevant academic background, with a degree or current studies in ML, Engineering or related field
• A collaborative mindset with a readiness to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative team in London/Berlin

Please note that we are looking for support in our London/Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the UK/EU is required as well.
