We’re looking for a Technical Video Content Creator who can turn complex technical topics into sharp, high-impact YouTube videos. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, storytelling, and brand building. You will own the video content pipeline end-to-end and help define our public technical voice from the ground up.
Responsibilities- Create technical video content for YouTube, from concept to publish
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accurate videos
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and founders to source topics
- Write scripts, outlines, and talking points with strong narrative structure
- Record voiceovers and/or on-camera segments (depending on format)
- Edit videos with a strong focus on pacing, clarity, and retention
- Design or source basic motion graphics, diagrams, and visual aids
- Optimize videos for YouTube (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters)
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve content based on data
- Establish and evolve a consistent technical video style and cadence

- Proven experience creating video content for YouTube
