If so, Leidos is seeking an experienced Technical Upskilling Project Coordinator to join the Learning & Development team. This position is a full-time role working closely with multiple team members to support the success of our Technical Upskilling programs. This role requires exceptional organizational and project management skills, a strong ability to work independently and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Learning & Development and play a critical role in managing and driving programs that advance our organizational goals. Primary Responsibilities.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects related to technical upskilling initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Partner with the Learning & Development Director and other members of the Technical Upskilling PMO to align project deliverables with program goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting outcomes.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and change requests.
- Monitor budget, create EAC, track invoices, assign charge codes to Subject Matter Experts.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization in all project-related activities.
- Provide back-up support to the technical upskilling administration team as needed.
Basic Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, education or related field, with 2+ years of prior relevant experience; or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within technical or learning/development environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to thrive in a virtual environment, working autonomously in ambiguous, quickly-evolving environments while independently prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience with Workday Learning.
- Familiarity with technical upskilling, learning and development, or workforce transformation programs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.

Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
