Responsibilities:
Responsible of termination & onboarding experience process for indirect Employees.
Employee Relations in case of doubts and continue improvement of the processes with impact presentations.
Internal Movements & International mobility.
To assure all the hires, terminations, changes and transferences are requested on time and updated into the payroll & WD system on time.
Training needs detection & annual actions plan
Talent Review analysis & follow up of action plan
Engineering recognize program
Learning moments
Internal events with ROI mindset
Action plans based on the results of the engagement survey
Formal Education:
Bachelor – Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Communication.
Languages: Fluent English
IT/Software: Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Oracle, WorkDay
Experience in years: Student
