Key responsibilities and duties:
Key areas of responsibility and duties;
Delivery of theoretical and practical technical training to apprentices and new hires across the Rotary and Engines Business Units
Monitor apprentice performance, competence and attendance, and development progress
Develop and maintain technical training materials and supporting documentation
Assess training needs and assist in development of suitable training courses to meet business need
Ensure training content aligns with regulatory requirements and organisational procedures
Maintain accurate training records and assessment documentation
Support internal and external training audits as required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation relevant to technical training
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within technical training
Promote a strong safety culture and professional behaviours within the training environment
Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.
