- Create new curriculum for future TSCM courses

- Support Sales & Marketing at trade shows and technical events
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to test and evaluate REI products
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Electronics technical schooling or equivalent
- Experience teaching or training in a technical environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in classroom/office settings
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Technical background in TSCM operations
- Law enforcement or intelligence experience
This role is based in a general office environment at our Cookeville, TN headquarters.
You’ll also have opportunities for worldwide travel (10–25%) to lead or support training events.

Job Description
Summary/objective
To develop, plan and conduct training on equipment developed and manufactured by REI, and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) topics and methods.
Essential functions

- Develop new course material and maintain current course materials.
- Assist lead instructors at the REI facility in current and future courses.
- Assist the lead instructor at offsite locations in current and future courses.
- Develop future TSCM related course curriculum and materials.
- Maintain current and future training equipment and materials.
- Maintain and enhance as needed the current and future project rooms.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing department with trade shows and marketing events providing technical assistance.
- Cooperate and assist the Engineering and Production departments with operational testing and evaluation of REI Products.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
