Role
We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist to join our Product Management team.
This is a remote role reporting to the APJ Delivery Leader. The core responsibility of this position is to provide technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience, including Zscaler customers, partners, and participants in the Cyber Academic Alliance program.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Provide technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience, including customers, partners, and Cyber Academic Alliance participants
- Configure and troubleshoot Zscaler training environments, including the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange Platform, Cloud Protection (ZCP) solutions, and general network connectivity
- Manage class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys
- Provide support and assistance to students as needed
- Review and provide feedback for new courseware and test hands-on training exercises

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 3+years of experience in technical training
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications
- Excellent oral, written, analytical, and organizational skills
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor training to the target audience
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with Cloud Security, Firewalls, Proxy, and EndPoint Security solutions
- Possession of industry-recognized certifications like CEH, CISSP, or CISM
