Technical Training Specialist (Temporary)

This position will be responsible for developing technical training programs for all of the Camus Hydronics’ product lines. This training would be geared towards field service and start-up technicians with the intent to certify them in the start-up, maintenance and service of our equipment. This is a position within Camus that will require someone with a high energy level and a vision for growing this program.

Salary Range: $95k-$110k CAD

Temporary position with an indeterminate end date

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training program and materials
• Assist sales dept in training
• Conduct training at client sites
• Conduct online training webinars
• Conduct classroom training sessions

Skills Requires

• Understanding of hydronic boilers and domestic water heaters.
• Experience developing and implementing technical training programs
• Experience conducting formal training classes
• Business computer skills including word processing, publishing and PowerPoint
• Video production experience would be beneficial

Other Requirements

• Fluency in the English language is required
• Valid drivers license
• Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally

Education

• Post secondary education preferred but will consider work experience
• G1 gas technician license preferred
