As a Technical Training Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical learning experiences that prepare early-career engineers and project professionals to succeed in their roles. You will lead classroom and virtual sessions, coach participants through hands-on practice, and assess their readiness to apply new skills on real projects. You will partner closely with program leaders, subject matter experts, and managers to ensure training content is practical, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
Delivers instructor-led learning experiences that build technical and project-readiness skills for early-career engineers and project professionals
Facilitates hands-on practice, labs, and simulations that help participants apply concepts to real work scenarios and prepare for project assignments
Assesses participant understanding and readiness through observation, discussions, and structured checks, and shares insights with program and business leaders
Prepares and tailors session materials, examples, and activities for each cohort in alignment with program design and business priorities
Partners with program leaders, subject matter experts, and managers to align training content with current tools, processes, and role expectations
Monitors feedback and learning outcomes to recommend improvements to course flow, activities, and delivery approaches
Supports cohort scheduling, communication, and basic session logistics to ensure a smooth learning experience from kickoff through completion

Education/Years of Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 7+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or project execution roles in an industrial, energy, or similar technical environment and 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training, technical workshops, or structured coaching to professional audience
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a PMP with 7+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or project execution roles in an industrial, energy, or similar technical environment and 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training, technical workshops, or structured coaching to professional audience
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
