Technical Training Facilitator – Solution Architect (Contentful)

As a Technical Training Facilitator (Solution Architect), you’ll deliver client training sessions covering Contentful's architecture, content modeling, integrations, and platform features. You’ll guide customers through best practices and practical implementation guidance to accelerate their success with the Contentful CMS.

This is a customer-facing role ideal for a solution architect who enjoys teaching, leading workshops, and shaping the way clients adopt modern content platforms.

This will be a 12-month fixed-term contract with opportunity to extend.

Responsibilities

• Lead Contentful platform training and onboarding sessions for technical and editorial users.

• Deliver workshops and architectural guidance for content modelling, APIs, workflows, and roles.

• Use pre-prepared slide decks, training templates, and demo environments to guide training.

• Collaborate with TPMs and Engagement Managers to deliver structured onboarding journeys.

• Help clients understand how to apply Contentful’s capabilities to their digital ecosystems.

• Contribute to improving training content and collateral over time.

• Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor during training engagements.

• 5+ years' experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or CMS implementation.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Contentful or similar headless CMS platforms preferred.

• Familiarity with modern web architectures, API integrations, and development workflows.

• Ability to create and deliver technical documentation, diagrams and demos.

• Contentful certification (or willingness to certify).
