Analogic is seeking a skilled and collaborative Instructional Designer / Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that support our innovative technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and is passionate about translating complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver training programs across digital, virtual, and instructor-led formats
- Create engaging multimedia learning content, including training modules, refreshers, and assessments
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of Analogic products and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve learning content
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress and changes effectively
- Coordinate training logistics, including environments, equipment, software, and data
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and train-the-trainer sessions
- Represent Analogic in training events, videos, and webinars
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized training repositories
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Align learning initiatives with business goals and workforce development needs
- Ensure all training deliverables meet FDA, TSA, and internal quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs across multiple formats
- Proven experience developing instructional materials and facilitating presentations or webinars
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, effective learning content
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies, including Adult Learning Theory and ADDIE
- Experience measuring training effectiveness using metrics and business outcomes
- Background working in a regulated industry
- Experience collaborating with engineers, technicians, or field service teams
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Visio, Adobe Captivate, Premiere Pro, LMS platforms, or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Master’s degree in a related field
