Working alongside experienced engineers, you will receive mentoring, technical training, and exposure to real-world projects while building a strong foundation in automotive software development.
YOUR CHALLENGES?Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging
Support the development and implementation of embedded software for automotive climate control systems
Assist senior software engineers with software module design and feature development.
Perform unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, system, and validation engineers
Learn and apply automotive software development processes, tools, and best practices.
Contribute to technical documentation such as design specifications, test reports, and development records
Continuously develop your technical knowledge through training, mentoring, and project experience
LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU…
Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Basic understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers
Knowledge of embedded C (ESP32, STM) and/or C++
Experience with Arduino is an advantage
Familiarity with software development tools, IDEs, and version control systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn new technologies
Czech and English communication skills (written and spoken)
