Job Summary:
As a Automation Tester / Technical Tester at JPMorgan Chase within our technology team, you will be presented with a rewarding and exciting opportunity to elevate your Software Test engineering career. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and managing end-to-end test cycles as a crucial part of the Software Test Lifecycle. You will also be a valuable member of our global testing team..
Job responsibilities:

• Design and develop test packs for various test cycles by selecting the right strategy and tools.
• Design, manage and report for all test phases that are part of Software test lifecycle (STLC) such as Continuous Integration, Regression, End-to-End (E2E), Functional, and Production parallel and Non-functional.
• Schedule, execute & manage various test cycles.
• Understand operational processes in order to provide solutions which improve operational efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience; demonstrated experience within the quality assurance/ Software Testing experience
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and in managing test automation frameworks, release & defect management in the past and proven experience in development of frameworks using Java spring
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and hands on agile development methodologies
• Solid understanding and experience in efficient Defect management, test coverage analysis to identify gaps and provide improvements
• Solid experience developing UI automation frameworks like Selenium , Playwright or BDD.
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills being able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level, working in team with multiple locations/Time Zones.

• Nice to have operational knowledge in Java or any coding languages, UNIX commands and Sql queries
