Technical Team Lead

Job Description

CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead to implement software development projects to specifications within scheduled timelines and budget parameters. Coordinate system architecture and drive integration of new technologies. Coordinate project activities and deliverables across the team while resolving issues and ensuring appropriate priorities. Explore emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be used to strengthen CoStar’s technology platform and development practices. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively response experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with coordinating a technical or development team; 5 years of experience with working on multiple concurrent projects; 2 years of experience with modern front-end technologies, including React, Angular, and JavaScript; 2 years of experience with Cloud technologies, including AWS; 2 years of experience with delivering solutions with combinations of technologies, including ElasticSearch, C#, NodeJS, Cypress, Kafka, MongoDB, SQL Server, Kibana, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Cloud Managed Services; and 1 year of experience with testing methodology, Agile methodology, test documentation procedures, and QA best practices.

Job location: Arlington, VA. RATE OF PAY: $173,763.00 - $223,300.00 per year.
