Technical Team Lead, DevOps

Job Description

CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead, DevOps to guide and support the DevOps team. Develop and execute DevOps strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and operations. Act as a liaison for the DevOps team, ensuring clear and effective communication. Drive continuous process improvement and innovation within the team to enhance efficiency and product quality. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a directly related technical field and followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with managing enterprise web traffic using mass-scale architecture with a developer focus. Experience must include at minimum of: 5 years of experience with sizing and estimation techniques for small to medium size tasks and projects; 2 years of experience with PowerShell, Bash, Ruby, or Groovy; 2 years of experience with configuration management tools; 2 years of experience with Infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform; 2 years of experience with cloud technologies; 2 years of experience with enterprise monitoring tools for APM, system vitals, synthetics, and RUM; 2 years of experience with SQL or No SQL databases; and 2 years of experience with configuring Content Delivery Networks (CDN) for performance caching and global traffic management.
