The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. You will be comfortable leveraging tools and databases to layer and analyze technical information alongside all-source intelligence to develop leads. Success requires a collaborative mindset, the willingness to share information appropriately, and the ability to leverage broad capabilities to execute mission. You are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph;
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent;
- 6+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation;
- 3+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems;
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports;
- Demonstrated experience with technical targeting tools;
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements

Target Salary Range$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
