What You’ll Do
- Help to build and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of Technical roles, including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply
- Utilize creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to identify candidates using social media, LinkedIn, HireEZ, and other platforms, understanding how AI impacts job seeker behaviors
- Craft compelling outreach messages to actively engage passive candidates
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine qualifications and competencies based on the role
- Proactively communicate search progress and updates internally
- Ensure accurate candidate tracking and application completion within Greenhouse
What You Need
- At least 3 year of sourcing experience
- Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Keeping a growth mindset with a positive attitude in fast-paced environment
This is a temporary position, open to remote candidates, but must be able to come onsite as needed.

At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $65-$70/hr. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
