TL;DR - We’re looking for a full-time Technical Recruiter to level up our talent engine. You will be responsible for keeping our candidate funnel full of high-caliber talent, therefore should ensure that the hiring channel is standardized and feels seamless for the team. You will be the face of Lovable - pitching to great candidates, building networks in key talent hubs, and running targeted events to attract the best. We need someone hands-on, strategic, and obsessed with quality.

What we’re looking for5+ years of experience hiring world-class technical talent, ideally in early-stage fast-growing startups
Proactive, resourceful, and energized by the hunt, you don’t hope that great candidates apply
Strong track record of sourcing, pitching, and closing engineers
Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines, referral loops, and organizing targeted recruitment events
You’re not afraid to dig deep on reference calls or push back until it’s a “hell yeah” on the quality of the application
Strong communication and storytelling skills to share Lovable’s mission without overselling
Bonus: You have a technical background (e.g. computer science degree) and can tell the difference between a decent engineer and a top 1% engineer
Bonus: Experience helping teams scale from 0 → 1 at high-growth scaleups

Act as a talent partner, not just a coordinator, you'll help shape how we build the team!
Own top-of-funnel sourcing, candidate outreach and screening across diverse channels (e.g. X, LinkedIn, GitHub, in-person, networks) and communities
Be the first impression: pitch Lovable with authenticity, clarity, and enthusiasm
Run on top of everything by pre-vetting candidates for quality and coordinating interviews
Partner with hiring managers to refine roles, interview loops, and closing plans
Organize high-signal recruiting events (dinners, AMAs, panels, live sesh, etc.) to build community and surface passive talent
Build and maintain a strong talent network of engineering talent in Stockholm, NYC, and later SF) and stay top-of-mind with future hires
Run smart reference checks, spot gaps early, and uphold an extremely high hiring bar
Use data to track sourcing performance and improve conversion at each stage
