WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will be the first point of contact for users who call our IT Support
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Track all issues in our task system
- Troubleshooting end-user issues on various software applications, hardware, network, and telecommunications systems and provide basic workstation support
- Contact vendors (Printers, Telecom providers)
- Configure and maintain basic server settings
- Escalate to 3rd level support on unfamiliar server-related problems
- Maintain our office structure.
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum of 2 years IT support experience
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Must be detail-oriented
- Experienced with network domains, DNS, DHCP, File Server
- Practical awareness of workstation maintenance
- You know how to manage Windows services, Deploy software, Drivers installation, Active Directory (such as manage groups, users and computers)
- Security information and know how to install and troubleshooting anti-virus, firewall and user behavior issues
- You know how to analyze infrastructure repairs that our office needs and request our providers when needed
- Must have strong interpersonal communication and team-based skills
- You can negotiate deadlines and the best way to get your job done with your clients, always keeping your SLA in mind
- Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver
- Can speak and understand english.
