You will be reporting to Technical Support Manager.
We support hybrid working schedule
Responsibilities
Provide an efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions, related to usage of our software
Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase
Research, verify, and document product issues
Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and French
You are and advanced user of Revit, Navisworks and other Autodesk AEC products
Professional experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry 5+ years
You have a passion for helping people and enjoy solving problems
Customer service experience
