You will:
- Provide technical and substantive support for Civitta’s employees in 20+ countries across Europe;
- Create and configure corporate accounts in internal systems and prepare laptops for first use;
- Participate in the onboarding process by managing user accounts in Microsoft 365 andGoogle Workspace via the admin console;
- Administer corporate subscriptions (M365, Google, and other SaaS services);
- Manage the corporate laptop fleet: allocation, return, re-use, and maintenance of devices;
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and optimize the IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- A degree in Information Technology or current enrollment in the final year of IT studies;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Advanced proficiency in English (as it will be the primary working language);
- Strong communication skills.
