OUR WORK MODEL

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our office 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, ensuring our customers can smoothly navigate our applications. You will handle CRM integrations, provide real-time support via remote connections, and craft user-friendly guides to assist customers.

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES

  • Investigate and diagnose software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

  • Provide technical support via email, chat, and remote access tools.

  • Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Maintain clear documentation of customer issues, solutions, and best practices.

  • Support CRM integrations and ensure seamless functionality for our customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product support and user experience.

  • Create user guides and manuals to assist customers with common queries.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Proven experience in a Technical Support, Customer Support, or similar role.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Bullhorn.

  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Zendesk).

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple support cases simultaneously.

  • Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment is a plus.
