We have an open application for a Technical Support Specialist.

A day in the life

  • Utilize Outbrain's various platforms/tools to ensure successful technical implementation of client requirements
  • Work with external partners on integrations, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving, as well as automation and optimisation of technical processes.
  • Diligently troubleshoot product issues before escalating to the appropriate group
  • Provide real insights about the activity through deep analysis using multiple internal and external tools and platforms.
  • Provide technical know-how and best practices to ensure proper implementation of Outbrain solutions
  • Resolve case tickets from the team’s queue & internal escalations
  • Diligently troubleshoot product issues
  • Work closely with product, BI, and R&D, and other internal and external stakeholders to provide quality technical support and solutions.


 What you’ll bring

  • Ad-tech products/tech/operations background. Proven track of prior experience in businesses that have developed and operated successful digital ad tech products.
  • Manage good relationships with cross-functional teams and become a subject matter expert who leads by example and facilitates escalation
  • Capable of driving partners technical calls
  • A technical individual with highly analytical skills and proficiency in SQL.
  • Good knowledge in HTML, CSS
  • Knowledge of Internet technologies, and a demonstrated capacity to learn
  • Hands on experience with server-side integrations troubleshooting & setup
  • Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
  • Sound decision-making and critical thinking skills
  • Very good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinker
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript & SQL, knowledge in APIs and apps integrations, experience using CRM products and experience with browser developer tools
  • Fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing).

Technical Skills/Experience will be tested in the recruitment process.
