Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Apprentice)

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Monitoring: Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify cases of missing data transmission.
  • Patient Support: Provide direct assistance to patients for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure resolution.
  • Documentation Management: Compile daily reports and document complaints related to patient calls and resolved technical issues.
  • Hotline Management:
    • Office Hours: Handle patient hotline inquiries (08:30–13:00 and 14:00–17:30).
    • After Hours: Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis with other members of the Italian Technical Support Team.
  • Logistics Coordination: Communicate with logistics partners, TMs, and PSRs to organize equipment exchanges.
  • Device Checks: Perform general and baseline checks following new device fittings.

Required Qualifications

  • Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; respectful, friendly, and team-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively both internally (with colleagues) and externally (with patients and customers).
  • University degree in scientific discipline or certification as a cardiology technician.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Technical Assistant.
  • Solid knowledge of cardiology principles and practices.
  • Practical experience as an ECG technician.
