Job Overview

Grubtech is on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist – Spanish Speaker to join our Operations team in Cairo!


Don’t worry — you don’t need to be a tech wizard to join us. If you’re fluent in Spanish and English, enjoy helping people, and are open to learning new skills, we’ll give you all the training you need to shine!
We believe your attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much as experience. So whether you’re an undergraduate, fresh out of university or already have some customer support background, we’d love to connect with you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting customers through calls, chats, and emails, resolving issues and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
  • Troubleshooting problems and providing clear, step-by-step guidance.
  • Collecting feedback and sharing ideas with our Product team to keep improving what we do.
  • Testing new updates before they go live — making sure everything works smoothly.
  • Keeping your manager in the loop with progress, challenges, and wins.
  • Escalating tricky problems to our Engineering team when needed.
  • Setting up hardware/software when required and ensuring everything’s up and running.
  • Keeping internal records accurate and up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills — you’re the kind of person people enjoy talking to.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts, including evenings or weekends.
  • Currently based in Cairo or nearby areas.

Bonus Points (not a must!):

  • Previous customer service or support experience.
  • Familiarity with tech or CRM tools.
  • An interest in the food-tech / F&B Industry.
