Job Details
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Resource with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role involves providing Level 2 technical support on our Service Desk which includes troubleshooting, analysis, and resolving incidents and service requests of a technical nature. In addition, it also provides development capacity to our agile development team where we design, develop, and implement secure and scalable solutions to meet our business needs. Additionally, the individual may be involved technical elements of the platform - environments, CI/CD, configuration of ISV solutions, integrations, and general support of the platform.
Shift Time : Rotational Shift as per business need.
(6 AM to 3 PM OR 2 PM to 11 PM)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a technical support or development capacity.
  • Ability to apply D365 technical knowledge and provide troubleshooting to incidents with the ability to determine options and solutions and bring about the resolution of incidents.
  • Ability to understand the customizations and configurations of D365 and ability to provide technical corrections to resolve incidents. Should be able to provide development support as needed.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot ISV solutions, custom plugins, workflows, and integrations. Should have the ability to provide development support on those elements as needed.
  • Ability to provide general technical support and troubleshooting of D365.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across a global team.
  • Understanding of service desk and L2 support processes.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of the development cycle.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), along with security architecture and development a plus, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services and Microsoft Power Platform a plus, but not required.
  • The ideal candidate will also have experience with Azure Integration Services and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • The ideal candidate would hold Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect certifications.
