What your daily activities will look like:

  • Provide end-to-end support for customers’ online orders, including delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payments, refunds, order tracking, and customer inquiries.
  • Handle sensitive customer and client data in compliance with PCI and GDPR regulations.
  • Communicate with customers, carriers/couriers, financial institutions, internal teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify, analyze, and escalate complex cases when necessary, using internal knowledge bases and tools.
  • Maintain high customer service standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project and operational goals.

Requirements

What qualifications and skills are needed?

  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work with sensitive or classified information (advantageous).
  • Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, recognizing the importance of small details.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer-oriented solutions.
  • Experience in back-office environments with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Results-driven, with awareness of KPIs and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • SAP and back-office experience is a plus; training can be provided if needed.
  • Flexibility to support workload fluctuations, including occasional overtime.
  • Strong team player, contributing positively to collaboration and team success.
