Acadian Total Security has an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Support Representative II to join their team in Lafayette, LA.
This position is in-office, Monday-Friday.
Job Summary: Utilizes interpersonal skills to assist the external and internal customers with their needs.
Job Duties:
- Schedules service tickets.
- Troubleshoots service problems with customers via phone.
- Assists the Retention department with saving customers and accounts.
- Manages the main Acadian inbox by sending any changes and customer requests.
- Works within all cellular platforms, freshdesk, textline, etc.
- Manages monthly fire inspections
- Manages all ATS Service queues
- Manages all trouble reports for ATS accounts
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
