Technical Support Manager

Munich, Germany

We are looking for a TS Manager who is responsible for the management and operation of one or more Customer Service call centers providing phone, email and web support for customers using PTC Software. Managers’ teams have functional responsibilities such as managing a product line, customer segments or relationships with partners across regions. 
 

Day-to-Day:

• This role is a management position focused on driving a high level of PTC customer and partner satisfaction in PTC’s Support customer base through ensuring their group provides superior customer service.
• The primary focus of this role is managing 6-10 engineers, their performance and career development, coordination with managers in other support centers

• Manage workload within the team including setting appropriate expectations on work capacity and leveraging all resources as needed.

Must have skills:

• Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across a wide variety of internal and external roles, from technical contributors to senior management.

• Excellent customer service, management and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (written/spoken), additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
