IT Support Technician – On-Site | Plainview, NY (Long Island)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Technician to support our customer with hands-on IT services, including computer installation, maintenance, and general technical support. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Plainview, NY, and includes occasional travel within a five-mile radius.

- Provide responsive technical support to end users
- Install and configure desktop hardware and software
- Perform imaging and configuration of desktops
- Troubleshoot and set up audiovisual equipment
- Run cable diagnostics and basic network testing
- Install and support printers
- Handle break/fix requests and general IT issues
- Assist with other IT-related tasks and special projects as needed
- Prior experience providing technical support in a professional setting
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (local travel required)
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- A+ certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Chromebooks and experience in the education field (plus)
