Role: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Bengaluru (On-site) 

Experience: 2–7 years

About the Role :- 

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to own end-to end resolution of complex product issues. The role requires strong coding, debugging, and customer communication skills, with close collaboration across Engineering and Product teams.

What You’ll Do :-

  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and backend issues
  • Write and debug code to identify root causes and validate fixes
  • Analyze logs, APIs, databases, and application workflows
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers via email, chat, and calls
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to close issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

What We’re Looking For :-

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and React
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with APIs, databases, and modern web architectures
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Git
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset

Good to Have :-

  • Experience with cloud platforms or SaaS products
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix and command-line tools
  • Exposure to security, performance monitoring, or automation
