Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support through Ribbon’s customer portal, phone, and email channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ribbon’s product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
- Work with legacy and cutting-edge telecom platforms

Required Skills:
- BS in Telecommunications/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. >>> candidate don’t have to be university degree, high school I fine, the education don’t have to be specified
- Experience with VoIP signaling and media transmission such as SIP
- Knowledge of IP networking, basic IP routing, firewalls and security considerations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix various technical problems
- Ability to read and analyze log files and network traces
- Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and managers
- High level of Czech and English >>>> no need for Czech language
Advantages:
- Background and experience in legacy telephony and signaling (SS7 ISUP, PRI, etc.)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, GCP etc.)
- Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX
- Telephony Routing and Translations skills.
- Experience with Session Border Controllers.
- Knowledge of Sonus carrier grade product
