Responsibilities

  1. Enable customers to learn, maintain and operate our platform in complex environments
  2. Innovate and develop processes for successful management of our platform in customer environments.
  3. Assist Pre-Sales team with Proof-of-Concepts
  4. Build out a python script to help close a gap in a proof-of-concept or to automate a customer’s workflow
  5. Create documentation of Procedures, Systems design and architectures.
  6. Participate in customer escalations and resolve customer issues
  7. Perform Daily/Weekly/Monthly Operational Tasks as defined by Management.

Requirement:

  1. 3-6 years of experience in Technical Support analysis.
  2. Experience creating and maintaining monitoring systems for 24x7 production environments.
  3. Demonstrated expertise with Linux commands and overall Linux administration experience.
  4. Experience with MySQL or similar Relational Database architectures.
  5. Experience scripting the automation of key functions.
  6. Must have experience in tools in ITOM space
  7. Must have implemented solutions in Windows, Linux, Virtualization and Cloud monitoring
  8. Have exceptional troubleshooting skills.
  9. Show excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  10. Be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  11. Be a creative person who looks for new and innovative ways to solve problems.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during high profile incidents.
  13. Be flexible and willing to learn new technologies and applications.
  14. Take a proactive approach to meet client needs and SLA’s.
