Mobileye's Advanced development Technical Team is looking for Technical Support Engineer also to act as a delivery manager to own customer deliveries while providing hands-on technical support during pre-sales activities. Translate customer needs into clear requirements, coordinate execution, and troubleshoot operational issues. Our team works on new products and technologies to deliver the best technical solution for evaluation of Mobileye's products and cutting-edge technologies.
We're looking for a strong, hands-on technical support engineer who is passionately motivated by challenges and excels in troubleshooting complex problems, all with customer facing "can do" approach.

What will your job look like?
- 90% of your job is going to be in English.
- Manage customer delivery plans and milestones
- Work with a wide variety of products with different operating systems and disciplines.
- Front-facing technical customer support (B2B) around the globe with different time-zones.
- Often visit customers on-site providing support and installations.
- Reproduce issues raised by customers and to push for fixes by collaborating with various teams in Mobileye, testing and updating customer products.
- Knowledge base documents preparation and maintenance.
- Plan future SW deliveries based on customer (Internal and External) requests/needs.
- Prepare deliverables to customers at evaluation stage
All you need is:
- Full command on English (Written and Verbal).
- 2+ years in technical delivery, support, pre-sales, system integration, or a related role.
- B.Sc. in Engineering or a similar quantitative field, with Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
- People's person
- Willingness to fly abroad frequently (about once a month on peak)
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed to support Asia-Pacific and US based customers
- Practical Linux experience.
- Experience with version release methods and development processes – an advantage
- Experience with Python - an advantage
- Valid Israeli driver's License.
Skills Required
