As a Technical Support Engineer at Tietoevry Create, you will:
-
Support and maintain systems in a Unix/Linux environment
-
Collaborate with the customer’s project team on development and integration tasks
-
Script and automate processes primarily using Bash (Python and Ansible are a plus)
-
Take end-to-end ownership of your application area
-
Contribute to a proactive, solution-oriented team culture
Who we are looking for:

A reliable and proactive team player who thrives in an independent work setting

A strong communicator with good English skills (spoken and written)
-
A quick learner who is open to developing new technical skills in scripting and automation
We would also like you to have:
-
1–2+ years of professional experience in a technical/IT role
-
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems (system administration experience is not required)
-
Experience with Bash scripting
-
Willingness to learn and work with Python and Ansible
-
A sense of responsibility and ownership for your area
