Job
Summary
We are looking for a
motivated Technical Support Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of
experience and a background in Computer Science, Computer
Science Engineering, or a related field. This role will support US-based customers, so excellent English communication
skills are essential.
The ideal candidate is
technically curious, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment.
Key
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to US customers via
phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues
related to software, systems, or applications
- Clearly document customer issues, resolutions, and
follow-ups
- Communicate technical concepts in a clear,
professional, and customer-friendly manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when
required
- Follow support processes, SLAs, and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal technical and customer
success teams
- Continuously learn new tools, systems, and
technologies used by the company
Requirements
Required
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a technical
support, IT support, help desk, or similar role
- Educational background in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Science Engineering
- Information Technology or related discipline
- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- Very strong English communication skills (spoken and
written)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of:
- Operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS – basic level)
- Networking fundamentals (preferred, not mandatory)
- Software applications and troubleshooting concepts
- Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours
- Ability to work on-site from the Colombia
office (El Poblado area)
Nice

- Experience supporting international or US-based
customers
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira,
Freshdesk, etc.)
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge
- Exposure to cloud platforms or SaaS products
